Rebecca Hepburn is a 3rd generation artist and watercolorist from New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a nationally recognized stained-glass muralist with permanent installations within Orlando International and Salt Lake City International Airports. Her mosaics have been featured as CBS Sunday Morning 'Suns'.
